Introduction

Native Americans occupied the Northern Hemisphere long before "America" was discovered. Who were the people who were the Native Americans? Where did they live? What did they eat? What customs did they observe? Your journey throughout this Web Quest will help you and your classmates to answer the question, "Who were the Native Americans?"

Throughout the next couple of weeks, you will be able to answer that question. You will be able to feel like you were really living with the Native Americans and you will be able to see how difficult their lives were. You will be presenting to the class a poster board of the tribe you chose along with making a model of the shelters the tribe lived in. This is a fun project, and you will remember it for the rest of your life.
